”My family has had several accident situations, where a deer jumped into my wife's vehicle, or my daughter had an accident with her car. Your agency was very quick to handle the matter, and in determining the amount of the proceeds, the adjuster has always been very cooperative in looking at the issues, such as, with my wife's vehicle, she had just had a new radiator put in the car, and when she mentioned that to the adjuster, he included that so she would be compensated for it. So, it is the personal touch, of being able to talk to someone you know, and who will answer your questions and take the time to make things right, that is important. Also, I have my Medicare supplement insurance, as well as my house insurance, with you, and again, it is so nice to be able to sit down with the agent to discuss such matters, as opposed to having to go online and hope you can reach someone.
