In 1959, Logan Insurance Agency opened its doors in Hocking County. Dave Williamson eventually took the helm, and the agency's trajectory changed again when his partner's son joined the operation and expanded the agency's reach into group health and employee benefits. That wasn't a corporate directive. It was a local business owner recognizing what Hocking County employers needed and building the capability to serve them.

Today, the agency is co-owned by members of both founding families — the Williamsons and their long-standing partners — carrying forward something that can't be franchised or acquired: a name that has meant something in this county for over six decades.
